1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Eurostan hotel booking platform (eurostan.am), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Eurostan is a licensed Armenian travel agency that provides hotel search and booking services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and accommodation providers. Eurostan does not own or operate any of the hotels listed on the platform.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through the AmeriaBank payment gateway, a licensed payment institution in the Republic of Armenia.
  • By completing a booking, you authorize Eurostan to charge the selected payment method via AmeriaBank.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation by email once payment is successfully processed.
  • Eurostan does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by AmeriaBank in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and modification policies vary by hotel and rate type.
  • Bookings marked as "Free cancellation" can be cancelled at no charge until the date specified.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified for a refund once confirmed.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via AmeriaBank.
  • To cancel a booking, please use your profile page or contact us at tourism@eurostan.am.

5. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to complete a booking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Eurostan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eurostan acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the accommodations booked through our platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
