Eurostan-Uyut opened in Yerevan in 1987, back when booking a trip meant a telephone, a telex and someone who knew which door to knock on. The work was the same then as now: find the seat, secure the room, sort out the paperwork, and make sure the traveller is met at the other end.
Over the following decades the agency sent travellers on charters and package tours to Bulgaria, the Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Czechia, Italy, Spain, France, Thailand and the Maldives, sold tickets for the airlines serving Armenia, and put together group and individual programmes for visitors coming the other way. In 2001 its service standards were certified under AMST 9002-98, and VIP Cruise later named it the best agency across the CIS.

Eurostan-Uyut is founded in Yerevan and starts arranging travel: air tickets, hotel reservations, and the visa paperwork that goes with them.
