  • Payment information: card details entered during checkout are transmitted directly to AmeriaBank and are not stored on our servers.
  • Communication data: messages you send us via the contact form or email.
  • Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and device/browser information collected via cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and confirm your hotel bookings.
  • To send booking confirmations, receipts, and status updates by email.
  • To respond to your support requests and inquiries.
  • To improve our platform and personalize your experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Armenian law.

4. Payment Processing (AmeriaBank)

All payments on the Eurostan platform are processed by AmeriaBank CJSC, a licensed bank in the Republic of Armenia. When you enter payment details during checkout, your card information is transmitted securely to AmeriaBank using TLS encryption. Eurostan does not have access to, nor does it store, your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. AmeriaBank processes your payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards and its own Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal data only as necessary:
  • With hotels: to fulfill your booking (name, contact details, check-in/check-out dates).
  • With AmeriaBank: for payment processing.
  • With service providers: analytics and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
  • With authorities: when required by Armenian law or a valid legal process.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are kept for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Armenian tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser, although disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable Armenian data protection law, you have the right to:
